How much will a personal training session cost?
A personal training session will cost between €65 and €75 depending on house call or studio workout.
Will I have to sign a contract?
You will be required to sign a formal contract committing to certain but not many terms and conditions to help motivate and give you piece of mind.
What do I have to wear and what will I bring to the first session?
On your first visit you can wear clothing that you feel comfortable in and are also suitable for light exercise and just bring yourself and the cost for the package you have chosen.
What if I need to cancel a training session and will I be charged?
If you need to cancel a training session there is no problem once it is more than 24 hours before the arranged time, if less than 24 hours there will be a charge of a full session. Complete personal training can not fill that time with another client. If an emergency of course there will be no charge.
Do I have to be a member of a gym to train?
No you don’t have to be a member of a gym.
Can COMPLETE PERSONAL TRAINING train me in my home?
COMPLETE PERSONAL TRAINING can come and train you in your own home and you also don't need to have gym equipment as COMPLETE PERSONAL TRAINING provides the equipment needed but if you do have gym equipment please mention this to your trainer as we can incorporate this in to your workouts.
How do I get started?
Simple just ring COMPLETE PERSONAL TRAINING to talk to a trainer and we will organise a consultation with the trainer of your choice and hopefully begin a new you.
How many times a week should I train?
With the different packages you can choose to train from once to three times a week, again this will be discussed between you and your trainer.
Can I pay for one session to try it out to see if I like it?
Of course you can try one session, the benefit of this is you get a fitness assessment and a personal programme with the session.
How quickly will I see results?
Depending on your goals and fitness levels will notice a change in your physique and your energy levels within six weeks.
Do I have to be really fit?
No you don't need to be fit, as your personal trainer will design a program that best suit your level of fitness and objectives.
If I am pregnant can I start to train?
You can train when you are pregnant - it is not a problem. Your trainer will have designed a program that will give you an optimum workout without the risk of harm to you or your baby. These programmes are designed to be suitable for each trimester. However we do recommend that you always consult your GP and we would be happy to liase with your GP on a programme best suited to you
Sit ups will NOT get rid of your belly fat
The best way to tackle this issue is maintain a high intensity workout using all your muscles and joint to burn fat fast
Low fat food are not necessarily better
Often excess sugar is added to improve taste. Learning how to combine the right type of fats with a low sugar diet is the key
Carbs are NOT bad
Your brain needs carbs to carry out everyday activities and provide energy for the body. Learning how and when to consume them is the key
